Process for Hiring Impact Campus Ministries Staff

THE PROCESS
Step One – Application
Application forms should be completed and submitted to Jeff Vanderlaan, Director of Staff Development. Forms can be downloaded from this website.
Step Two – Phone Interview
Applicant will be contacted for a formal interview with the Director of Partnership Development after application forms have been received and processed.
Step Three – Assessment Process
This process is open-ended and may include, but is not limited to, any of the following: formal face-to-face interview, additional reference and background checks, additional assessments or testing in areas such as, psychological, personality and spiritual, etc. as determined by the Leadership Development team and/or Board of Directors.
Step Four – Formal Letter of Invitation
A formal letter of invitation to join staff as a Campus Ministry Recruit will be mailed to the applicant. Once the letter has been signed and returned the Recruit phase begins. The Recruit phase of employment focuses on support raising and training.
Please note, ICM charges a 15% administrative fee for Recruits and an 10% fee for Associate & Lead Campus Ministers. These fees supplement the administrative costs ICM incurs in connection with recruiting new staff, training staff, and overseeing ministries.
